[目的]研究利用微生物菌群发酵玉米秸秆生产生化黄腐酸及其应用效果。[方法]从自然界直接筛选能高效降解玉米秸秆的微生物菌群,以玉米秸秆为原料,研究利用菌群发酵玉米秸秆生产生化黄腐酸的产量,并对产品的实际应用效果进行了探讨。[结果]利用获得的菌群LCM9,以玉米秸秆为唯一营养源,在水分含量为75.0%时,发酵7d,生化黄腐酸产量可达15.7%。施加500mg/kg生化黄腐酸,培养5d后,小麦种子根长增加59.1%,芽长增加97.1%。[结论]利用微生物菌群发酵玉米秸秆可获得较高产量的生化黄腐酸,且产品对小麦幼苗具有明显刺激生长的效果。
[Objective] The study aimed to study the biofertic acid production from corn stalk by microbial flora and its application effects. [Method] The microbial flora that could efficiently degrade corn stalk was directly screened from nature. Using corn stalk as raw material, the yield of biofluric acid production by corn stalk fermentation was studied, and the practical application effect of the product was discussed. [Result] Utilizing the obtained strain LCM9, using corn stalk as the only nutrient source, the yield of biochemical fulvic acid could reach 15.7% when the moisture content was 75.0% and 7 days after fermentation. Applying 500mg / kg biochemical fulvic acid, after 5 days of cultivation, the root length of wheat seeds increased by 59.1% and the shoot length increased by 97.1%. [Conclusion] Fermentation of corn stalk with microbial flora could produce higher yield of biochemical fulvic acid, and the product had obvious stimulative effect on growth of wheat seedlings.
