清溢精密光电(深圳)有限公司,一个时期以来,在总经理的带动下,导入“零缺陷”管理思想,他们结合自己的企业实际,自上而下地开展培训,进行零缺陷管理模块比赛,重新整合了组织结构,建立了KPI考核制度,并归纳出了零缺陷管理“十八法”。去年8月份以来,接单量显示出强劲增势,超过1999年同期的3倍;同时,拳头产品的良品率达到99.3%,9月份后保持在100%。交货期也缩短了一半。“清溢”的探索是可喜可贺的,应该让大家来分享。
