丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)自1989年由美国学者Choo等首次从受感染的黑猩猩血清中分离得出,学者们对HCV体外培养体系进行了大量相关研究。从HCV动物模型到细胞模型,从HCV细胞感染模型到转染模型,从HCV亚基因组复制子到全基因组细胞培养体系,期望找到一种能够支持HCV体外复制的稳定可行的培养体系,来研究HCV复制机制和致病机制,尽早开发出新的抗HCV药物和有效的疫苗。
Hepatitis C virus (HCV) was first isolated from the infected chimpanzee serum by American scholar Choo et al. In 1989 and scholars conducted a large number of related studies on HCV in vitro culture system. From HCV animal models to cell models, from HCV cell infection models to transfection models, from HCV subgenomic replicons to whole genome cell culture systems, it is expected to find a viable culture system that supports HCV in vitro replication to study HCV Replication mechanism and pathogenic mechanism, as soon as possible to develop new anti-HCV drugs and effective vaccine.
