主要研究6201铝合金导线不同时效温度处理后的微观组织、力学性能和电导率的变化规律。采用光学显微镜(OP)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了时效温度对导线微观组织的影响。结果表明,经150℃、170℃和190℃保温4h时效处理,其微观组织未出现显著变化。力学性能测试结果表明,导线的抗拉强度和屈服强度随时效温度的升高而下降,其电导率显著提高。
The main research 6201 aluminum alloy wire under different aging temperature microstructure, mechanical properties and conductivity changes. The effects of aging temperature on the microstructure of the lead were analyzed by optical microscope (OP) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that there was no significant change in the microstructure after aging at 150 ℃, 170 ℃ and 190 ℃ for 4h. The results of mechanical properties test show that the tensile strength and yield strength of wire decrease with the increase of aging temperature, and their electrical conductivity is significantly increased.
