海外并购已成为加速中国农业走出去和国际化的重要模式,大型农业企业是推进海外并购的主要力量。资源掌控、品牌收购、市场网络构建和渠道拓展是企业塑造海外核心竞争力的有效手段,企业通过在战略上紧扣主营业务、紧抓关键原则,在战术上强化现代化理念和国际化可以有效应对多方挑战。本文在解析模式、总结经验的基础上,从企业和国家两个层面提出了相关建议,认为兼备走出去意愿和基础的企业可密切跟踪境外优质企业,利用市场化手段择机出手,国家可从战略路线制定以及完善并购政策支持体系方面提供必要支撑。
Overseas M & A has become an important model for accelerating China’s agricultural going global and internationalization. Large-scale agricultural enterprises are the major force in promoting overseas mergers and acquisitions. Resource control, brand acquisition, market network construction and channel expansion are the effective ways for enterprises to shape their overseas core competitiveness. By strategically focusing on their main business and grasping the key principles, enterprises can tactically strengthen the concept of modernization and internationalization can be effective Deal with multi-faceted challenges. Based on the analysis of the model and the lessons learned, this paper puts forward some suggestions from both the enterprise and the national level. It holds that enterprises that have both the will and the foundation to go abroad can closely follow the overseas high-quality enterprises and marketed to choose their own opportunities.
