Through the survey of the satisfaction of 2014 graduates and employers in Dongguan Polytechnic, this paper analyzes the employment status of graduates from local higher vocational colleges and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems according to the survey results. Through the investigation and analysis of graduates’ employment status, it will be helpful to further master and do a good job in the future employment, and also help to improve college personnel training programs and solve the contradiction between local supply and demand.
