新课改对基础教育的教学情况产生了重要的影响,学生在教学中的主体地位日益突出,其个性培养也越来越受到重视。教师的教学行为和教学方式逐渐以学生的学习能力和现状为基础,培养学生想象力为目标,制定针对性的教学策略。然而,纵观现阶段我国小学语文教学中学生的教学现状,仍存在学生学习积极性不高、课堂氛围枯燥、学生的想象力得不到挖掘等问题。鉴于此种情况,小学语文教师则需要立足学生的实际情况,从多方面提出针对性的创新教学策略,以实现小学生的个性化
The new curriculum reform has had an important influence on the teaching of basic education. Students have become more dominant in teaching and have drawn more and more attention to personality cultivation. Teachers’ teaching behavior and teaching methods are gradually based on students’ learning ability and current situation, and aim at training students’ imaginations to formulate targeted teaching strategies. However, looking at the present situation of students’ teaching in primary Chinese teaching at present, there are still some problems such as low enthusiasm of students, boring classroom atmosphere and lack of imagination of students. In view of this situation, primary language teachers need to base their thinking on various aspects of innovative teaching strategies to achieve the personalization of pupils
