目的观察癫持续状态(SE)后脑水肿及血脑屏障破坏的动态变化。方法建立氯化锂-毛果芸香碱大鼠SE模型,成模后0、4、24和72 h分别采用干湿重法测脑含水量,伊文思蓝检测血脑屏障通透性,电镜观察血脑屏障超微结构。结果 SE成模后24 h组脑组织含水量显著增加(P<0.01),伊文思蓝荧光强度显著增高(P<0.01),电镜显示各组血脑屏障基本完整。结论 SE后血脑屏障通透性和脑水肿程度均增加,以成模后24 h最为显著。
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of brain edema and blood-brain barrier after epileptic seizure (SE). Methods SE models of lithium chloride-pilocarpine rats were established. Brain water content was measured by dry-wet weight method at 0, 4, 24 and 72 h after injection. Evans blue was used to detect the permeability of the blood-brain barrier. Ultrastructure. Results After 24 h, the water content of brain tissue in SE group increased significantly (P <0.01), and the fluorescence intensity of Evans blue increased significantly (P <0.01). Electron microscope showed that the blood-brain barrier in each group was almost complete. Conclusion The permeability of brain blood-brain barrier and the degree of cerebral edema increased after SE, and the most obvious was 24-hour after model-injection.
