以电源频率和坯料直径为约束参数,建立了无芯中频感应电炉无磁性期电热效率优化模型,采用粒子群优化算法对其进行了优化。实例应用结果表明,功率因数由0.157增大为0.401,电热效率由优化前的54.8%提高到77.3%。该研究结果对节约无芯中频感应电炉设计成本、加快研发时间以及提高产品加热效率等均具有较大的现实意义。
Based on the power frequency and billet diameter, the optimization model of electroless thermal efficiency in non-magnetic medium frequency induction furnace was established, which was optimized by particle swarm optimization algorithm. The practical application shows that the power factor increases from 0.157 to 0.401 and the electrothermal efficiency increases from 54.8% before optimization to 77.3%. The results of this study have great practical significance for saving the design cost of coreless induction furnace, speeding up the research and development time, and improving the heating efficiency of products.
