患者,20岁,工人,住院号78989。因双眼及面颜部被液态热沥青烫伤后20分钟急诊入院。体检:急病容,前额及面部被粘稠沥青附着。眼部检查:用毛,眼睑、睑裂被沥青粘附。用力强行分开上下睑缘见角结膜附着大量沥青,泪液涌出,视不见物体。即试用生理盐水、双氧水、乙醇擦拭无效。随即改用60％松节油搽剂以棉签轻擦之,见粘稠沥青速容化稀释並被擦净,並用生理盐水冲洗结膜囊。
