目的:探讨绿原酸对治疗大肠杆菌内毒素性疾病的作用机制。方法:利用体外培养大鼠肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞,研究金银花主要成分绿原酸对正常肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞作用1、3、6、9h后的NO和ET-1分泌量的影响,以及对经大肠杆菌内毒素作用1h后肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞于3、6、9h后的NO和ET-1分泌量的影响。结果:绿原酸有效地抑制了肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞分泌的ET-1和NO的比值升高。结论:绿原酸对内毒素作用下的肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞的功能有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of action of chlorogenic acid on E. coli endotoxic diseases. METHODS: Rat intestinal mucosal microvascular endothelial cells were cultured in vitro to investigate the effects of chlorogenic acid, the main component of honeysuckle, on the secretion of NO and ET-1 after 1, 3, 6, and 9 hours of normal intestinal mucosa microvascular endothelial cells. Effects of Escherichia coli endotoxin on NO and ET-1 secretion of intestinal mucosa microvascular endothelial cells after 3, 6, and 9 hours. RESULTS: Chlorogenic acid effectively inhibited the increase of the ratio of ET-1 and NO secreted by intestinal mucosal microvascular endothelial cells. Conclusion: Chlorogenic acid has protective effects on the function of intestinal microvascular endothelial cells under endotoxin.
