描述了石蜡萃取分光光度测定痕量锰过程。在 pH =8.5~ 10 .0范围内 ,锰和 1- ( 2 -吡啶偶氮 ) - 2 -萘酚显色络合物能定量被石蜡萃取 ,将萃取的固相体系溶解在CHCl3中 ,在λ =570nm处进行光度测定。锰量在 0~ 10 μg/10mL范围内符合比耳定律 ,线性回归方程为 y =0 .0 0 32 +0 .0 4 86x。方法应用于实际样品中痕量锰测定 ,结果良好
Paraffin extraction spectrophotometric determination of trace manganese is described. In the range of pH = 8.5-10.0, the complex of manganese and 1- (2 - pyridylazo) -2 - naphthol color was quantitatively extracted by paraffin and the extracted solid phase was dissolved in CHCl3. λ = 570 nm photometry. Beer’s law is in agreement with Beer’s law in the range of 0-10 μg / 10 mL with a linear regression equation of y = 0.0032 +0.046.6x. The method was applied to the determination of trace manganese in real samples with good results
