生物玻片标本是指微细的生物或从生物体上切下来的微小薄片,经过一定处理,封存在盖玻片与载玻片之间制成的标本,可在显微镜下观察各种微生物的结构等,是生物实验教学的常用教具。据调查,在普通中学中,一方面由于条件所限(显微镜或全套的玻片标本尚未完全配齐),另一方面一些生物教师对玻片标本在生物教学中的地位认识不够,现有的玻片标本并未实现其应有的价值,显示其独特的作用。尤其在农村中学,一部分玻片标本被长期搁置不用,连规定的相应实验也很少开设,这无疑是对现有实验条件的浪费。 我校充分利用校办厂(张家港市生物制片厂),这一有利条件,把玻片标本充实到初高中生物课堂教学中,加强了教学的直观效果,提高了教学质量(我校高考生物平均成绩均超张家港市平均水平,1987年曾获张家港市第一)。下面就结合我们的实
Biological slide specimens refer to tiny organisms or tiny flakes cut off from living organisms. This favorable condition enriched the specimens of the slides into the biological classroom teaching of the junior high schools, which strengthened the intuitive effect of teaching and improved the teaching quality.
