目的:比较3种人参炮制品中5种人参皂苷的含量差异,进而说明炮制的作用。方法:各样品均采用药典中的索氏提取法进行提取,色谱柱为DiamonsilTM C18(4.6mm×25mm,5μm),检测波长:203nm,流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(质量分数)梯度洗脱,流速:1mL/min;结果:各单体皂苷在测定范围内线性关系良好(R2>0.9982),加样回收率(n=6)在95.96%~98.87%之间,RSD值均小于1.83%(n=6),三种炮制品中的各皂苷含量不同。结论:所测样品间人参皂苷含量有所差异,炮制可使人参皂苷比例发生变化并可影响药性变化。
Objective: To compare the contents of five kinds of ginsenosides in three kinds of ginseng products, and then clarify the role of processing. Methods: All samples were extracted by Soxhlet extraction method. The column was DiamonsilTM C18 (4.6mm × 25mm, 5μm), the detection wavelength was 203nm, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (mass fraction) (R2> 0.9982). The average recoveries (n = 6) ranged from 95.96% to 98.87% with RSDs less than 1.83 % (n = 6). The content of each saponin in the three processed products was different. Conclusion: The contents of ginsenosides in the tested samples are different. Processing can change the proportion of ginsenosides and influence the changes of ginsenosides.
