目的利用高效液相色谱建立鸡骨香挥发油的指纹图谱。方法采用Phenomenex Luna(2)C18柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%的磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长225 nm,柱温30℃。结果以Cypenrenoic acid为对照,通过对10批鸡骨香样品进行测定,标定了24个共有峰,并通过“中药色谱指纹图谱想色度评价系统”和聚类分析等辅助手段,计算相似度等相关参数。结论该方法准确可靠,重现性好,为更好的控制鸡骨香药材挥发油内在质量提供了科学依据。
Objective To establish the fingerprint of volatile oil from chicken bone with high performance liquid chromatography. The method was performed on a Phenomenex Luna (2) C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with gradient elution of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1 with a detection wavelength of 225 nm and a column temperature of 30 ° C. Results Cypenrenoic acid was used as a control and 24 batches of common peaks were determined through the determination of ten batches of chicken bone incense.
