本研究基于超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱仪建立草莓中典型杀菌剂的快速检测方法。样品经快速,简便,经济,高效,可靠和安全(Qu ECh ERS)的快速前处理方法处理后,经Waters BEH C18色谱柱分析,流动相为甲醇和水(含5 mmol·L-1甲酸铵溶液)(9∶1,V∶V),以0.25 m L·min-1的流速洗脱。采用电喷雾正离子源,多反应监测模式进行化合物的调谐和分析。对建立的方法进行方法验证和实际样品分析,各杀菌剂在不同添加浓度下的样品回收率为80.9%~113.7%,在1~200 ng·m L-1进行线性拟合,R2均>0.991 4,检出限为0.2~0.9 ng·m L-1。实际样品分析发现,草莓样品仍有杀菌剂检出。
In this study, a rapid detection method of typical fungicides in strawberry was established based on the ultra performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry. The samples were analyzed by Waters BEH C18 column with methanol and water (containing 5 mmol·L-1 ammonium formate) after the sample was processed by the rapid pre-treatment method of Qu ECh ERS with fast, simple, economical, efficient, Solution) (9: 1, V: V) eluting at a flow rate of 0.25 m L · min -1. The electrospray positive ion source and multi-reaction monitoring mode were used to tune and analyze the compounds. The method was validated and the actual samples were analyzed. The recoveries of various fungicides at different concentrations were 80.9% ~ 113.7%, linearly matched at 1 ~ 200 ng · m L -1, R2> 0.991 4, the detection limit of 0.2 ~ 0.9 ng · m L-1. The actual sample analysis found that there are still strawberry samples fungicides detected.
