目的对福建柏Fokienia hodginsii枝叶的化学成分进行研究。方法采用色谱法分离纯化化合物,经波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从福建柏95%乙醇提取物中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为桧脂素(1)、gadain(2)、双氢芝麻脂素(3)、扁柏脂内酯(4)、7-氧代扁柏脂内酯(5)、puviatilol(6)、伞形花内酯(7)、植醇(8)、儿茶素(9)、穗花杉双黄酮(10)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(11)、水杨醇(12)、香草醛(13)、松柏醛(14)。结论化合物1~14均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Fokienia hodginsii leaves in Fujian Province. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral data. Results Fourteen compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of Fujian cypress and identified as fengyoin (1), gadain (2), dihydrogen sesamin (3), cypressin (4), 7- (5), puviatilol (6), umbelliferone (7), phytol (8), catechin (9), biflavone (10), quercetin-3 -O-α-L-rhamnoside (11), salicyl alcohol (12), vanillin (13) and cypressin (14). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 14 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
