人力资源管理始终伴随着企业成长的各个阶段,不论在任一阶段都需要借助人力资源管理从旁辅佐,以便顺利下一个发展阶段。本文从企业成长的概念和阶段概述入手,通过分析企业在孕育期、初创期、成长期、成熟期四个不同阶段的企业成长与人力资源管理关系,论证企业的成长时刻需要伴随着企业人力资源管理,企业人力资源管理是贯穿企业成长,在不同阶段为企业成长带来不同帮助。最后,针对企业人力管理未来的发展提供建议,希望企业的建立者和管理者能够意识到企业人力资源管理的重要性,并建立科学合理的人力资源管理体系。
Human resources management has always accompanied the various stages of business growth, no matter at any stage need to use human resources management by-pass, in order to smooth the next stage of development. This article starts with the concept of enterprise growth and the overview of the phase. By analyzing the relationship between enterprise growth and human resource management in four different stages of incubation period, start-up period, growth period and maturity period, this paper argues that the growth moment of enterprise needs to be accompanied by the enterprise human resources Management, human resources management throughout the enterprise growth, in different stages of business growth brought different help. Finally, we provide suggestions on the future development of human resource management in the enterprise, and hope that the founders and managers of the enterprise can realize the importance of enterprise human resource management and establish a scientific and reasonable human resource management system.
