应用离差平方和法对已编目的4251份中国芝麻种质资源进行了聚类分析,从中挑选出884份(约占20%)资源作为中国芝麻中心资源的诗选品。中选资源不仅与全部资源相应性状的平均值和变异系数基本相等,变幅的吻合率除种子蛋白质含量为98%外,其余均为100%;且包含有全部资源中各种类型的多个性状值特殊的材料。中选资源基本代表了全部资源的遗传多样性。
A total of 4251 Chinese sesame germplasm resources, which have been listed, were clustered by using the method of variance sum of squares, and 884 (about 20%) of them were selected as the poems of Chinese sesame center resources. Not only the average value of selected traits and the corresponding traits of all the resources were basically the same, but the coefficient of variation of trait was 100% except for the seed protein content of 98%; and the traits included various traits of all kinds of resources Value of special materials. The selected resources basically represent the genetic diversity of all resources.
