公司购买韩国的过氧化物业埃尔夫阿托公司已同意买下韩国Seki催化剂公司生产有机过氧化物业51％的股份,其交易的总金额未披露。Seki催化剂公司2 300 t/a的过氧化物产品主要在韩国内销售。埃尔夫阿托公司称该交易对其开发亚洲地区的有机过氧化物业具有重要意义。有机过氧化物是用于塑料生产的聚合引发剂。
The company’s purchase of South Korea’s peroxide company Elf Ato’a has agreed to buy 51% of the organic peroxide industry from South Korea’s Seki Catalysts, the total amount of which was not disclosed. Seki Catalyst’s 2,300 t/a peroxide products are sold primarily in South Korea. Elf Ato said that the deal is of great significance to the development of the organic peroxide industry in Asia. Organic peroxides are polymerization initiators for plastics production.
