测定了 300.65 K 下超细 γ Al2 O3 分散在水中的悬浮液的流变性。着重考察了γ Al2 O3 含量、p H 值和电解质对悬浮液流变行为的影响。在 40~500s- 1的较高剪切区,不同条件下测得的流变曲线均可用 H B 模型进行令人满意的关联,关联得到的稠度系数和流动特性指数能较好地反映γ Al2 O3 含量和 p H 值变化引起的颗粒表面电荷、颗粒间相互作用和悬浮液结构的变化。
The rheological properties of suspensions of ultrafine γAl2O3 dispersed in water at 300.65 K were measured. The effects of γ-Al 2 O 3 content, p H value and electrolyte on the rheological behavior of the suspension were investigated emphatically. In the higher shear zone of 40 ~ 500s-1, the rheological curves measured under different conditions can be satisfactorily correlated with the HB model. The correlation coefficient and flow characteristic index can well reflect γ Al 2 O 3 content and p H value changes caused by changes in particle surface charges, particle interactions and the structure of the suspension.
