某拟建高层住宅楼群场区位于济南黄河冲积平原区,地层结构较为典型。在详细分析勘察取得的土层物理力学参数和建筑设计要求的基础上,通过规范公式计算和工程经验分析,评价各类地基基础方案的适用性,确定CFG桩复合地基和预应力混凝土空心管桩为较适宜的方案。可为济南市此类场区的建筑工程设计和经济分析提供依据,也可以为其他地区具有类似地层结构的建筑场区提供一定参考。
