  【Abstract】On the basis of analyzing China’s good record of the cultivation of English teachers, this paper pinpoints some prevailing problems involved and discusses how to be a qualified English teacher. English Teachers’ moral integrity, professional competence, passion in teaching and love of their students are included in the discussion. How to be a qualified English teacher is a long-discussed topic, and here the paper tries to observe it more detailed.

  1. Analysis of the problems involved
  (1)The impact of education reform
  In recent years, rapid expansion of higher education has generated a broad and positive impact on society. But at the same time, new problems have emerged, the foremost problem being the burden of teaching task, and as a consequence, not only the teachers have no stamina in scientific research, but also exhausted.
  (2) Influence of official ideology
  On the one hand it is difficult to get rid of restrictions on official standard, so they flow with it and accept it. On the other hand the pressure between teachers is very big. Each school has a set of evaluation programs, from preparing lessons, assignments, lecture spot checks, students’ evaluation, to colleagues’ appraisal plus scores of scientific research, etc., but how about administrative cadres?
  (3) The Quality of English Teachers
  English Teachers’ ethical standards have been seriously challenged, the values have been eroded, and so they can not be apathetic facing the hustle and bustle of the world. Psychological qualities of a team which lack of resistance must be affected.
  2. How to be a qualified English teacher
  (1)Caring about students
  Concern for students also plays an important part in being a qualified teacher. The qualified English teacher would encourage the student instead of just complaining about the students all the time.A qualified English teacher should have a large capacity for tolerance. Some students simply do not like studying and are very naughty in class. In fact they can be very lovable outside the classroom. The qualified English teacher accepts the student’s shortcomings. Teachers should not lose their temper easily, but must realize that all students are different from each other. Everyone has good days and bad days. Maybe one day a student does something terrible, but without any bad purpose or intention, just be patient.   (2)Have innovative spirit
  Teaching innovation ability has two main ways:establish modern teaching concepts and lay a good foundation in teaching innovation; create a harmonious environment, provide reliable protection for teachers. Training teachers in moral integrity and creative ability, of course, need to enhance learning, knowledge and experience communication, and then constantly improve themselves, but can not separate teachers from the scientific, harmonious environment.
  (3) Have a high aspirations and pursuit of excellence.
  Pursuiting of excellence, include excellent spirit, pursuit of job goals. English Teachers’ work, in a sense, is to use their “vision” to lead students to move forward. The first level is that teachers should work very hard, preparing lesson seriously, correcting homework and help students deal with problems. The second level, view teacher as a career. The third level is that view teachers as scientists and an artist, research education like Deng Jiaxian research the atomic bomb, explain the profound in simple terms.
  (4) Developing online course resources
  It is a common practice to use modern educational technology to create and build a platform for learning English. Based on this concept, a qualified English teacher can do a lot in this area: freedom of choosing press; the expansion of extra-curricular reading; research study; audiovisual lessons; use network resources to develop extensive reading Materials.
  3. Conclusion
  This paper talks about qualified English teachers should have motivation and enthusiasm, have innovative spirit, have a high aspirations and Develop online course resources to optimize the way of learning English and to lead to reflectively acquired self-knowledge.

[摘要] 目的 探讨复方血栓通胶囊用于非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)患者的临床疗效。 方法 选择2015年2月~2016年2月期间收治的96例NPDR患者资料,分为观察组与对照组,对照组予常规降糖治疗,观察组在常规降糖治疗的基础上予复方血栓通胶囊治疗。观察两组患者视网膜微循环及视力改善情况。 结果 观察组治疗后患者视力改善情况优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),具有可比性。
