探讨建立等电位间隔-电位微量滴定法连续测定谷物中脂肪酸值和氨基酸态氮值的方法。试验结果得到该法对谷物脂肪酸值和氨基酸态氮值测定的平均回收率分别为98.5%和99.8%,日内RSD分别为0.6%~1.6%和0.8%~2.2%,日间RSD分别为1.8%和4.6%,测定务必日内完成,检出限分别为0.12 mg KOH/100g和0.16 mg N/100g,测定准确性较国标法更优。应用效果表明,本法具有不必每个样品的每次测定都进行繁琐操作工作的优点,且样品和试剂等测定耗材消耗量也显著减少,测定快速,节时省工,大大地降低了测定成本,效果令人满意。
To establish a method of continuous determination of fatty acid value and amino acid nitrogen value in grain by isoelectric potential-potential microtitration method. The results showed that the average recoveries of the method for determination of fatty acid value and amino acid nitrogen value of cereals were 98.5% and 99.8%, respectively. The intraday RSD were 0.6% -1.6% and 0.8% -2.2%, respectively. The daytime RSDs were 1.8% And 4.6%, the determination must be completed within days, the detection limits were 0.12 mg KOH / 100g and 0.16 mg N / 100g, the determination accuracy is better than the national standard method. The application results show that this method has the advantages of not having to do cumbersome operation for each measurement of each sample, and significantly reduces the consumed consumables such as samples and reagents. The method has the advantages of rapid determination, time saving and labor saving, greatly reducing the measurement cost , The effect is satisfactory.
