一、概述一根正常使用的构件,不可将其截面受力钢筋的面积无限度的减少。试验表明,当钢筋的截面面积小于某一限值时,在荷载的作用下,截面上一旦出现裂缝,构件便立即断裂。我们把这种界限上截面受力钢筋的面积与构件截面的有效面积之比,称为构件截面的最小配筋率。最近十多年来,钢筋砼与预应力砼构件最小配筋率的问题引起了国内外许多学者的重视,这主要是因为:

Tests have shown that when the cross-sectional area of the steel bar is less than a certain limit value, the component will break as soon as a crack appears in the cross-section under the action of the load. We call the ratio of the area of the stressed steel bar on the boundary and the effective area of the component section to the minimum reinforcement ratio of the component section. In the recent more than a decade, the problem of the minimum reinforcement ratio for reinforced concrete and pre-stressed concrete elements has attracted the attention of many scholars at home and abroad. This is mainly due to:
