本文对近年来国外化工行业一些有关节能与传热方面的资料进行了综合评述,并提出了为了提高我国节能技术水平,有计划地深入开展化工行业节能工作,除了对现有工厂一些明显不合理能量浪费应加以防止或回收之外,还应对化工厂中热电联合生产,热电最佳平衡,充分利用化学反应放出热最和工厂低位热能,采用节能的分离方法与流程等问题进行调查和研究.本文从各方面讨论了如何降低蒸馏与蒸发等过程热能消耗的途经,其中包括了多效流程和热泵流程.要有效地实现这些流程必须研究高效能的低温差换热器.本文还从其他方面论证了强化传热对节能技术发展的重要性.由于节能工作的需要,国外近十年来在强化传热方面的研究得到了重视和发展.
In this paper, a comprehensive review of data on energy conservation and heat transfer in foreign chemical industry in recent years has been comprehensively reviewed, and it is proposed that in order to improve China’s energy conservation technology level, the energy conservation work in the chemical industry will be carried out in a planned manner, in addition to the obvious unreasonableness of existing plants. Energy waste should be prevented or recovered. In addition, thermal power combined production in chemical plants should be optimized, and thermal power should be optimally balanced. Chemical reactions should be used to release heat and heat energy at the factory, and energy-saving separation methods and processes should be used for investigation and research. This article discusses ways to reduce heat consumption in processes such as distillation and evaporation from various aspects, including multi-effect processes and heat pump processes. To effectively implement these processes, it is necessary to study high-performance low-temperature differential heat exchangers. This article also from other aspects Demonstrate the importance of enhanced heat transfer to the development of energy-saving technologies.
