目的:探讨姜黄素对经转化生长因子β(TGF-β1)诱导后人胚肺成纤维细胞一型胶原与c-jun,在人胚肺成纤维细胞中的表达的影响及其与特发性肺纤维化的关系。方法:细胞分为正常组、姜黄素组、模型组、治疗组采用采用RT-PCR,Western bloting法检测、I型胶原与c-jun在人胚肺成纤维细胞的变化。结果:治疗组与正常组、模型组相比,I型胶原与c-jun,表达明显减弱。结论:姜黄素可抑制人胚肺成纤维细胞的胶原沉积,在延缓肺纤维化形成中起一定作用,其作用机制可能是通过抑制核转录因子c-jun表达而实现的。
Objective: To investigate the effect of curcumin on the expression of type I collagen and c-jun in human embryo lung fibroblasts induced by transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and its relationship with idiopathic The relationship between pulmonary fibrosis. Methods: The cells were divided into normal group, curcumin group and model group. The changes of type I collagen and c-jun in human embryo lung fibroblasts were detected by RT-PCR and Western blotting. Results: Compared with normal group and model group, the expression of type I collagen and c-jun in treatment group was obviously weakened. CONCLUSION: Curcumin can inhibit the collagen deposition of human embryo lung fibroblasts and play a role in retarding the formation of pulmonary fibrosis. Its mechanism may be through inhibiting the expression of nuclear transcription factor c-jun.
