由于设计、施工以及地质等方面的原因,隧道在营运期间承载力逐渐下降并威胁行车安全,因此有必要进行长期安全监控以掌握隧道的实际工作性态。针对复杂地质条件下特长公路隧道的特点,提出监控数据采集、远程传输以及接收方法,制定监控断面的选取和布置原则,建立隧道安全性评价模型,并开发了隧道安全评价与预警软件。设计方案在重庆摩天岭隧道的具体实施表明:监控断面能充分反映隧道的整体受力情况;钢弦式传感器接入结构安全终端,能将采集的数据通过光纤进行远程传输;评价软件能够根据监控数据自动评估结构安全性,评价结果与实际情况吻合。
Due to design, construction and geological reasons, the tunnel capacity gradually decreases during operation and threatens traffic safety. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct long-term safety monitoring to grasp the actual working behavior of the tunnel. In view of the characteristics of special long-distance highway tunnel under complex geological conditions, this paper puts forward the methods of data acquisition, remote transmission and reception of monitoring data, formulates the principle of selection and arrangement of monitoring section, establishes tunnel safety evaluation model and develops tunnel safety evaluation and early warning software. The concrete implementation of the design scheme in the Motilin Tunnel in Chongqing shows that the monitoring section fully reflects the overall stress of the tunnel; the steel wire sensor is connected to the structural safety terminal and can transmit the collected data through the optical fiber for remote transmission; the evaluation software can monitor, The data are automatically evaluated for structural safety and the evaluation results are in line with the actual situation.
