目的：观察参麦注射液对冠心病伴左心功能不全（ｌｅｆｔｖｅｎｔｒｉｃｕｌａｒ ｄｙｓｆｕｎｃｔｉｏｎ，ＬＶＤ）的疗效。方法：给予参麦注射液静滴治疗，用彩色多普勒超声显像仪评估患者左心功能的改善状况。结果：参麦注射液不仅能明显改善患者的左室收缩功能（ＥＦ％ 、ＦＳ％ ），且对左室舒张功能（Ｅ／Ａ、ＥＰＳＳ）也有显著疗效。结论：参麦注射液对冠心病伴ＬＶＤ有确切疗效，无不良副作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenmai injection on coronary heart disease with left ventricular dysfunction (LVD). Methods: The intravenous injection of Shenmai injection was given, and the improvement of left ventricular function was evaluated by color Doppler ultrasound imaging. Results: Shenmai injection can not only significantly improve the patients’ left ventricular systolic function (EF%, FS%), but also have a significant effect on left ventricular diastolic function (E / A, EPSS). Conclusion: Shenmai injection has definite curative effect on coronary heart disease with LVD without any adverse side effects.
