由于多年来社会上对职业学校的偏见,导致中职学校生源紧张,学生的学习基础普遍较差。如何提高学生的学习积极性,使他们成长为国家需要的技术人才,是中职教师面临的重要课题。
Due to social prejudice against vocational schools over the years, secondary vocational schools have been strained and their learning base is generally poor. How to improve students’ enthusiasm in learning so that they can grow into the technical talents needed by the country is an important issue for secondary vocational teachers.
