目的:研究多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)患者其子宫内膜胰岛素受体底物(insulin receptor substrate IRS)1表达。方法:所有研究对象于月经周期第1天刮取子宫内膜,其中P-COS患者51例,合并胰岛素抵抗者28例,非胰岛素抵抗者23例,对照组非PCOS妇女19例,行病理切片观察及免疫组化染色,计算机图像分析系统分析子宫内膜IRS-1的表达。结果:PCOS IR组、PCOS非IR组和对照组IRS-1表达的灰度值分别为(131.94±18.39)、(78.16±6.87)和(74.76±4.78),PCOS IR组与PCOS非IR组和对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),PCOS非IR组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PCOS合并IR患者子宫内膜组织的IRS-1表达降低,可能是子宫内膜发生胰岛素抵抗机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the expression of insulin receptor substrate IRS 1 in insulin resistance (IR) patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods: All subjects scored endometrium on the first day of the menstrual cycle. Among them, 51 cases of P-COS, 28 cases of insulin resistance, 23 cases of non-insulin resistance, 19 cases of non-PCOS women in control group, pathological sections Observation and immunohistochemical staining, computer image analysis system analysis of endometrial IRS-1 expression. Results: The gray value of IRS-1 expression in PCOS IR group, PCOS non-IR group and control group were (131.94 ± 18.39), (78.16 ± 6.87) and (74.76 ± 4.78) The difference between the control group and the control group was statistically significant (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the PCOS non-IR group and the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of IRS-1 in endometrial tissue of patients with PCOS complicated with IR is decreased, which may be one of the mechanisms of insulin resistance in endometrium.
