目的检测我院门诊男性患者解脲脲原体(Ureaplasma urealyticum,UU)、淋病奈瑟菌(Neisseria gonorrhoeae,NG)、沙眼衣原体(Chlamydia trachomatis,CT)感染现状,为此类患者的临床诊治提供实验室依据。方法收集2013年4月至2015年4月我院门诊男性患者首段尿液标本2998份,采用实时荧光核酸恒温扩增技术检测标本中的CT、NG和UU,并对患者年龄和诊断进行分析。结果男性患者首段尿中UU、CT、NG阳性率依次降低,分别为18.4%,9.5%和2.0%,感染类型以单独UU为主,其次是单独CT和混合UU+CT,分别占15.3%、6.0%和2.9%。20岁以下年龄段阳性率最高,50岁以上阳性率较低,但样本量较少。尿道炎和体检患者CT阳性率较高,不育症患者NG阳性率最高。结论 CT、NG、UU是我院门诊男性泌尿生殖道感染的重要病原体,20岁以下人群阳性率最高,宜加强监测。
Objective To detect the prevalence of Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU), Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG) and Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) infection in male patients in our hospital and to provide experimental evidence for their clinical diagnosis and treatment Room based. Methods A total of 2 998 urine samples of male patients from April 2013 to April 2015 in our hospital were collected. The CT, NG and UU in samples were detected by real-time fluorescent nucleic acid thermostatic amplification. The patient’s age and diagnosis were analyzed . Results The prevalence of UU, CT and NG in the first trimester of male patients decreased successively, which were 18.4%, 9.5% and 2.0% respectively. The infection types were mainly UU alone, followed by single CT and mixed UU + CT, accounting for 15.3% , 6.0% and 2.9% respectively. The highest positive rate is in the age group of 20 years old, the positive rate is lower in 50 years old, but the sample size is less. Urethritis and physical examination in patients with higher CT positive rate, infertility patients with the highest positive rate of NG. Conclusion CT, NG and UU are the important causative agents of male genitourinary tract infection in our hospital. The positive rate is the highest in people under 20 years of age, so it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring.
