目的探讨低血糖指数膳食对2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢和体重控制的效果。方法从我院2009年-2012年中收治的已确诊的2型糖病患者中选取90例,随机分为干预组与对照组。两组都给予药物治疗,而干预组在给予药物治疗基础上进行营养健康教育的强化与低血糖指数膳食干预。干预时间为4周。结果低血糖指数膳食干预组与对照组比较,餐后2小时血糖、果糖胺和甘油三酯都有显著下降。结论低血糖指数膳食干预对于改善2型糖尿病患者的糖脂代谢有很大作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of low glycemic index diet on lipid metabolism and weight control in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Totally 90 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from 2009 to 2012 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Both groups were given drug treatment, and intervention group on the basis of drug treatment nutrition and health education to strengthen the low-glycemic index diet intervention. Intervention time is 4 weeks. Results Low-glycemic index diet intervention group compared with the control group, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, fructosamine and triglyceride were significantly decreased. Conclusion The hypoglycemic index diet intervention has a great effect on improving glucose and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic patients.
