对15例鼻咽纤维血管瘤的凝集素受体进行研究。结果表明,鼻咽纤维血管瘤组织中含有多种特异性糖蛋白,可被多种凝集素受体标记。凝集素受体呈胞膜型、胞浆型和混合型3种分布形式,定位于肿瘤上皮细胞、血管内皮细胞和间质细胞。麦胚凝集素(WGA)受体分布广泛,说明该瘤组织中含有丰富的D-GalNAC、NANE特异性结合的糖基。荆豆凝集素受体(UEA-l)仅分布在小血管和毛细血管内皮细胞膜上。在UEA-l分布广泛的瘤组织中,其小血管、纤维组织丰富,与WGA受体分布广泛的瘤组织相比,后者出血倾向大于前者。
Lectin receptors of 15 patients with nasopharyngeal hemangiomas were studied. The results show that the nasopharyngeal fibrovascular tumor tissue contains a variety of specific glycoproteins, can be a variety of lectin receptors labeled. Lectin receptors in the membrane-type, cytoplasmic and mixed-type distribution of three kinds, located in tumor epithelial cells, vascular endothelial cells and interstitial cells. The wide distribution of wheat germ agglutinin (WGA) receptors indicates that this tumor tissue is rich in D-GalNAC and NANE-specific glycans. The radish lectin receptor (UEA-1) is only distributed on the membrane of small blood vessels and capillary endothelial cells. In the extensive distribution of UEA-l tumor tissue, its small blood vessels, fibrous tissue rich in WGA receptor widely distributed tumor tissue, the latter bleeding tendency than the former.
