本项目是为了掌握初步拟定的导航、雷达、气象台站周围是否有高大障碍物影响台站的信号发射,对于高度超过台站塔或天线的障碍物(建(构)筑物或地形地貌),要测量出位置、高度,并计算出障碍物相对于台站塔或天线的真(磁)方位、距离、遮蔽角等数据,以此来判断障碍物是否对台站信号发射造成影响,并结合影响情况来重新选址或者调整台站塔或天线的高度。
