本研究采用胃毒触杀联合法测定了70%吡虫啉对黑腹果蝇和厉眼蕈蚊幼虫的室内防治效果,并采用平板加药法研究了吡虫啉对平菇等4种食用菌菌丝生长的影响,同时测定了其在平菇和秀珍菇中的残留。研究结果显示,当药剂浓度达到140μg.mL-1时不仅可以很好地防治黑腹果蝇,同时可以控制厉眼蕈蚊的为害。在预设药剂浓度下,吡虫啉对平菇和秀珍菇菌丝生长影响不大,且4 d后农药残留量未超过有关标准,但对双孢蘑菇和香菇菌丝的生长具有显著的抑制作用。
