FRAME和FRAME C程序中计算谱线和吸收边能量所用公式只适用在1—12kev范围。超出此范围误差较大,特别是低于1kev时,甚至出现谱线能量值大于相应吸收边能量值的不合理情况,致使质量吸收系数的计算值异常偏高,基体修正计算误差很大。本文提出了一种简单而有效的处理方法,即只对吸收边能量公式进行最小二乘法拟合,在程序中用相关的吸收边能量计算值的差值给谱线能量值赋值以代替单独拟合谱线能量公式。经实例比较表明,这种处理方法用于基体修正计算程序,误差较小。
The formula used to calculate the energy of the line and the absorption edge in the FRAME and FRAME C programs applies only in the 1-12 kev range. Especially, when the energy is lower than 1kev, even the spectral energy value is larger than the corresponding unreasonable energy value of absorbing edge, the calculated value of mass absorption coefficient is abnormally high, and the calculation error of matrix correction is very large. In this paper, a simple and effective method is proposed, that is, only the least square method is used to fit the energy formula of the absorption edge. In the program, the difference between the calculated energy values of the absorbed energy edge is used to assign the spectral energy value instead of the single Co-spectral energy formula. The example shows that this method is used to correct the matrix correction program, the error is small.
