西北工业大学跨声速翼型风洞(TAWX)前室总压自动控制系统采用直接数字控制(DDC)方式,成功地完成了该风洞总压自动调节的方案设计和程序软件的设计与调试工作。该总压调节系统首次把 FANUC-BESK 新型电力拖动装置用于风洞调压电力驱动装置,并与 TP-801单板机联调成功,实现了 PID 控制规律的复杂调节过程,共各项技术指标均已达到了“7210”指标的上限。经一年多的使用考验,工作稳定可靠,性能良好,操作方便,维护简单。本文扼要介绍了总压调节的实现过程,并从实用的角度出发,着重阐述了微型计算机用于风洞自动控制方面的优越性。
