本实验观察了大鼠黑质网状部(SNR)微量注射P物质(SP,10ug/0.2ul)对黑质多巴胺能和非多巴胺能神经元单位放电活动的影响。结果如下:(1)在记录的26个多巴胺能神经元之中,有8个单位自发放电频率增加为31.00-117.77%,平均54.78±10.99%(x±sx),9个单位自发放电频率减少为51.57-100.00%,平均75.55±6.85%。(2)对在记录的42个非多巴胺能神经元中有19个单位自发放电频率增加为34.69-118.92%,平均63.96±7.81%。13个单位为33.10-96.86%自发放电频率减少,平均62.13±5.54%。结果表明,P物质对黑质多巴胺能和非多巴胺能神经元既有兴奋作用也有抑制作用。
In this study, we investigated the effects of substance P (10ug / 0.2ul) injected into substantia nigra mesh (SNR) on the activity of dopaminergic and non-dopaminergic neurons in substantia nigra. The results were as follows: (1) Among the 26 dopaminergic neurons recorded, the spontaneous firing frequency of 8 units increased from 31.00% to 117.77% with an average of 54.78 ± 10.99% (x ± sx) , Spontaneous discharge frequency of nine units decreased to 51.57-100.00%, with an average of 75.55 ± 6.85%. (2) For the 42 non-dopaminergic neurons recorded, the spontaneous firing frequency of 19 units increased from 34.69 to 18.92%, with an average of 63.96 ± 7.81%. 13 units of 33.10-96.86% spontaneous discharge frequency decreased, with an average of 62.13 ± 5.54%. The results showed that substance P also inhibited both substantia nigra dopaminergic and non-dopaminergic neurons.
