小组互助合作学习,是新课程所倡导的,也是目前提高英语教学课堂高效的方法之一。作为一个小学英语教师,需要用智慧、耐心、细心从细微处发现学生的闪光点,采取一些策略来充分利用小组学习,让每个学生的闪光点燎原之势。那么,在英语教学中怎样高效地利用“小组互助学习”的机制来组织英语教学呢?本文认为,在教学中以体验为基本教学手段,以小组互助学习机制建设为引领,在引导学生探究、发现中收获成功体验的喜悦。
