以靖安椪柑为试材,研究了施用有机肥和化肥对靖安椪柑果实发育过程中品质的影响。结果表明:与施用化肥相比,施用有机肥能显著提高靖安椪柑果实的单果重和降低果形指数,促进果实色泽转变,提高果实可溶性固形物、总糖、维生素C含量,降低果实可滴定酸含量,从而提高靖安椪柑果实品质。
Taking Jing’an orange as test material, the effects of applying organic manure and chemical fertilizers on the quality of Jingan orange were studied. The results showed that compared with the application of chemical fertilizers, the application of organic fertilizer could significantly increase the fruit weight and fruit shape index, promote the fruit color transition, increase the content of soluble solids, total sugar and vitamin C, and reduce the fruit titratable Acid content, thereby improving the quality of Jing’an fruit.
