高血压病脑出血非手术治疗往往难以奏效。1993年以来，我们对此病42例采用超早期手术治疗，取得了满意疗效。1临床资料三月一般情况男29例，女13例；年龄43～72岁，平均58岁。均有肢体功能障碍。有高血压病史28例，术前神志清醒5例，股眈7例，浅昏迷21例，深昏迷9例，伴脑病8例 Non-surgical treatment of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage is often difficult to work.
