开场白:从10月1日起,由国家质检总局、国家发改委、商务部、海关总署联合制定发布的《缺陷汽车产品召回管理规定》(以下简称《规定》)正式实施。作为我国以缺陷汽车产品为试点首次实施的召回制度,《规定》在我国汽车行业管理上是一项创新,也是政府本着以人为本的原则和对广大汽车消费者生命安全高度负责的态度,从源头抓质量,提高企业质量意识、质量水平的重要措施。《规定》从起草之日起就受到了社会的广泛关注,出台之后更得到了汽车产业界的响应和配合。自《规定》正式实施以来,已先后有奔驰、三菱、一汽、广州本田、长安奥拓等国内外汽车制造厂相继对缺陷汽车实施了召回行动。本期“圆桌恳谈”栏目将请有关政府部门、工作机构的领导及厂家、消费者一起畅谈该规定实施前后的情况和自己的感想。下面我们来听听嘉宾们是怎么说的。
