目的　对脑胰岛素的含量进行确认 ,探讨脑胰岛素的来源。方法　用放射免疫法测定Wistar大鼠各脑区胰岛素含量及血浆中胰岛素的含量。结果　嗅球胰岛素含量最高 ,嗅球、海马、下丘脑胰岛素含量明显高于血浆胰岛素含量。脑胰岛素含量由高到低依次为 :嗅球、海马、下丘脑、桥脑、中脑、延髓、大脑皮层、小脑。结论　脑可能自身产生胰岛素 Objective To confirm the content of brain insulin and explore the origin of brain insulin. Methods The contents of insulin and plasma insulin in Wistar rats were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results The content of insulin in the olfactory bulb was the highest. The content of insulin in olfactory bulb, hippocampus and hypothalamus was significantly higher than that in plasma. Brain insulin content descending order: olfactory bulb, hippocampus, hypothalamus, pons, midbrain, medulla oblongata, cerebral cortex, cerebellum. Conclusion The brain may produce insulin itself
