介绍了一台重复频率 1~ 2 Hz、用等离子体断路开关和电感储能技术的脉冲强X射线源。距辐射靶 0 .5m处的峰值剂量率为 0 .2 5MGy/ s,1 m处的平均剂量率为 0 .1 5k Gy/ h,脉宽 ( FWHM)约为 1 0 0 ns。给出了装置构成、原理及初步调试结果。
A pulsed X-ray source with a repetition rate of 1 ~ 2 Hz, using a plasma cut-off switch and an inductive energy storage technique, is introduced. The peak dose rate at 0.5 m from the radiation target was 0.25 MGy / s, with an average dose rate of 0.1 5 k Gy / h at 1 m and a pulse width (FWHM) of about 100 ns. The device configuration, principle and preliminary debugging results are given.
