德育意识是重要的教育意识,它表征着中职教师基本的专业意识、德育观及其方法论。中职德育过程中,教师应当树立德育的意识形态意识、交互主体性意识、生成德育意识、整体德育意识和实践德育意识。中职教师要树立正确的德育意识,需要大胆、深刻地批判传统中职德育工具理性的价值取向,并在德育教学和科研中逐步养成反思性德育实践的习惯和能力。
Moral education is an important sense of education, which characterizes the basic professional awareness of secondary vocational teachers, moral education and its methodology. During the process of secondary vocational school moral education, teachers should set up the ideological consciousness, the interactive subjective consciousness, the moral education consciousness, the overall moral education consciousness and the practice moral education consciousness. Secondary vocational teachers should establish a correct sense of moral education, bold and profound criticism of the value orientation of traditional secondary vocational school moral education tools, and gradually develop the habit and ability of reflective moral education practice in moral education and scientific research.
