(主席令第9号)第四章食品生产经营第五十一条国家对声称具有特定保健功能的食品实行严格监管。有关监督管理部门应当依法履职,承担责任。具体管理办法由国务院规定。声称具有特定保健功能的食品不得对人体产生急性、亚急性或者慢性危害,其标签、说明书不得涉及疾病预防、治疗功能,内容必须真实,应当载明适宜人群、不适宜人群、功效成分或者标志性成分及其含量等;产品的功能和成分必须与标签、说明书相一致。第五十二条集中交易市场的开办者、柜台出租者和展销会举办者,应当审查入场食品经营者的许可证,明确入场食
