全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定饮用水中多种元素

目的建立全谱直读电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES),同时测定生活饮用水中铁、锰、铜、锌、硼、钼、钠、镉、铝、镍10种金属元素的方法。方法利用全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱技术,直接分析样品,并对成都市政各类供水进行测定分析。结果通过研究以上10种元素分析谱线的选择,背景校正扣除、样品基体及待测元素间干扰等因素,发现基体元素对测定没有明显干扰,在选定波长下,各元素间也无干扰,方法精密度、线性范围、回归系数等指标均能满足有关标准的要求,测定相对标准偏差均<6.9%,样品加标回收率为94.1%~110.5%,方法检出限为0.0003 mg/L~0.0185 mg/L。结论该方法可多种元素同时测定,快速灵敏,操作简便,线性范围宽,结果准确可靠,适用于各类水样中上述元素的日常测定。 Objective To establish a full-spectrum direct-reading ICP-OES spectrometry method for simultaneous determination of 10 metal elements in drinking water such as iron, manganese, copper, zinc, boron, molybdenum, sodium, cadmium, aluminum and nickel. Methods Direct-coupled inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was used to directly analyze the samples. The municipal water supply in Chengdu was measured and analyzed. Results By analyzing the selection of the above 10 elements, the subtraction of background correction, the sample matrix and the inter-element interference, it was found that there was no significant interference with the determination of the matrix elements. There was no interference between the elements at the selected wavelength, The precision, linear range and regression coefficient of the method can meet the requirements of the relevant standards. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were all <6.9%, the spiked recoveries were 94.1% ~ 110.5%. The detection limits were 0.0003 mg / L ~ 0.0185 mg / L. Conclusion The method can be used for simultaneous determination of various elements, rapid and sensitive, easy to operate, wide linear range and accurate and reliable results. It is suitable for routine determination of above elements in various water samples.
