本文研究了粉冶镍基高温合金FGH95经1200℃-1h冰水冷或1120℃—1h吹风冷固溶处理后于中温区(650℃—950℃)时效产生相的析出情况。其研究结果为FGH95的热变形和热处理工艺提供了重要的依据。
In this paper, the precipitation of the aging phase of the powder metallurgical superalloy FGH95 in the intermediate temperature region (650 ℃ -950 ℃) after 1200 ℃ -1h ice-water cooling or 1120 ℃ -1h air-cooling solution treatment was studied. The research results provide an important basis for the thermal deformation and heat treatment of FGH95.
