CD40分子属于肿瘤坏死因子受体(tumor necrosis factor receptor,TNFR)超家族成员,是一种跨膜蛋白。激发CD40分子不仅可直接作用于肿瘤细胞,其介导的信号通路还可在多环节中影响疾病的发生与发展。人类基因组单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)信息可探究遗传性状,尤其是研究复杂疾病的遗传机制已成为当今研究热点,已有大量的相关易感基因得到研究。n CD40基因多态性与宫颈癌、肺癌、系统性红斑狼疮、心血管疾病的关系得以证实,本文旨在基因水平上加深对以上疾病的研究。n “,”CD40, a transmembrane protein, is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) superfamily.CD40 activation not only acts directly on tumor cells, but also mediates signaling pathways that influence the occurrence and development of disease in multiple levels.Human genome single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) information can help to explore genetic traits, especially to study the genetic mechanism of complex diseases, and has become a hot topic of research.By using this information, a large number of relevant susceptible genes have been studied.The relationship between n CD40 gene polymorphism and cervical cancer, lung cancer, systemic lupus erythematosus and cardiovascular disease has been confirmed.This paper aims to deepen the research on related diseases at the gene level.n
